Observed two packages of strawberries out on the floor to have mold. All produce items shall be checked before they are placed out on the floor. Both packs were removed. COS |

7-201.11: POISONOUS OR TOXIC MATERIALS shall be stored so they can not contaminate FOOD, EQUIPMENT, UTENSILS, LINENS, and SINGLEĀ SERVICE and SINGLE-USE ARTICLES by: (A) Separating the POISONOUS OR TOXIC MATERIALS by spacing or partitioning; and (B) Locating the POISONOUS OR TOXIC MATERIALS in an area that is not above FOOD, EQUIPMENT, UTENSILS, LINENS, and SINGLE-SERVICE or SINGLE-USE ARTICLES. This paragraph does not apply to EQUIPMENT and UTENSIL cleaners and SANITIZERS that are stored in WAREWASHING areas for availability and convenience if the materials are stored to prevent contamination of FOOD, EQUIPMENT, UTENSILS, LINENS, and SINGLE-SERVICE and SINGLE-USE ARTICLES. Observed in the back storage where the food dry storage starts there was a bit of mixed storage between the cat food and litter and the food product. Insure that these two items have separation from each other when they are placed on the back shelves. Cat items were moved. COS |

Observed the following areas that were in need of cleaning: 1) pasta bagged frozen food section had food debris. 2) Shelves in the baking aisle with the flour, sugar and pancake mix. Clean and maintain by next routine inspection. |

Observed the following floor areas in need of cleaning: 1) Floor in the milk walk-in cooler has some sills 2) Grocery retail walk-in freezer had debris collecting. Clean and maintain by next routine inspection. |
Inspection Comments | ALL COOLERS AND FREEZERS IN RETAIL ARE ON A TEMPERATURE CONTROL SENSOR PROGRAM THAT MONITORS THE HOLDING TEMP FOR ALL UNITS DIGITALLY AND WILL SEND OUT ALERTS WHEN EVERY A SYSTEM DROPS BELOW. ALL TEMPERATURES WERE CORRECT FOR THIS INSPECTION. |
